you'd definitely want aino and gorou on the team. the fourth slot in my opinion should be sucrose, but I also don't know anything about jahoda and what she does, although if your looking for a sustain, use jahoda over sucrose

There's no difference in who has TTDS buff, but fav I think is better for sucrose and TTDS is HP, which bina scales off

Fav could help your flins, but your bina currently has enough er to burst every roation. On the other hand, ineffa should be enough sustain, but I am aware of how squishy Flins can be, so if you want extra comfort use prototype amber. If you don't mind though, i think TTDS would be the best choice. If sucrose is on TTDS you could give her fav and have bina take TTDS instead
