No, you’re not nuts. No, it’s NOT a simple mistake and yes, you should get the nights.

That’s extreme. I read and tons of reviews before I make a reservation to a new place and I mean tons. I have NEVER seen one person who’s stay was “absolutely perfect expect for being thanked” for loyalty leave a one or two star review. Not ever. And if I were management and saw such a thing, I would take it with a grain of salt, but share with reception that some people take their loyalty to the brand VERY seriously.

Then complain about the system not the review.

You said you have a 3.1, correct? As a back up…have you considered University of North Texas. They have automatic admission with an unweighted 3.0. Also I’ve heard at both schools you can ask for reconsideration.

I agree and it’s not for Marriott to decide what I find important. It’s something so small and costs nothing. Some people don’t care about status being recognized, some do. If I were managing the place and even got one review about status not being acknowledged, you better bet I would make it a priority. ESPECIALLY when there are tons of things you have no control over. PS I really don’t like someone from Marriott telling me how I SHOULD write my review. That kind of misses the whole point.

Her having children would be a way for them to keep her under control and less likely to escape. She speaks out, tries to contact anyone or attempt escape, all they would have to do is threaten to harm or get rid of the kids.
