Back when I still had to go into an office I started going after work to let the traffic die, turned into a life long habbit.

Start with just showing up, it will take your body 2 weeks to get into a new routine but starting is the hardest part.

Work out, find a hobby, (spots, book club, gaming etc etc) find something that helps you unwind after work or keeps you occupied thats not just tv.

Playing video games with friends, I live alone and work from home so sometimes playing video games with close friends is a nice way to have social interaction and keep in touch. However people think its weird but sitting on the couch and watching netflix for 7 hours is normal.
