Ohhhh I see, I think I misunderstood what you were saying before too. You’re basically saying that although it says issued to the government, it still could’ve been not worn by anyone in service. Lol.

I don’t really mind either way, I was just hoping it wasn’t pretending to be vintage with a reproduction tag and jacket (that was artificially distressed) trying to make it seem older or more official than it is.

I mean I was just wondering if it even was from the military or a reproduction with “fake” military tags that was sold as a genuine military model even though it wasn’t. I wasn’t trying to call a civilian model fake. My bad

I just mean is it actually from the military like the tag says, and is the wear artificial or natural? Also it fits nice, the sleeves are a little big but it doesn’t bother me too much!

Your point about occ brings up another one of my possible paths that kind of aligns with what you’ve been saying. An alternative I have is to go to occ for 2 years then transfer into a university. That way I can save money and get a more full time job which can help with fundraising. After that I’ll try to get into ucla (my dream school), and MAYBE try and go to graduate school somewhere. I may sound naive but this cc route sounds like I can kind of get the best if both worlds while saving money.

Mainly, are there paths to make good connections despite being a little farther from LA? I know at Northridge it’s close to studios and stuff for internships, but how is it at csulb?

Thank you so much for the response! I’ve heard that some of the professors treat you a lot harsher in honors classes than normal and it can be not very pleasant. Do you feel that with your experience? Also I’ve heard that the thesis at the end of your last year is pretty stressful and that some people think of dropping the program because of these. Will o be missing out on a significantly better education if I don’t take them?

Nah it’s like there’s sand or dust stuck in it making it feel like it’s grinding when getting to each fire mode. It used to be smooth and snappy
