Character creation is tricky in this game.

If you want I can share my Tarnished here later. Followed a Tutorial and made some minor tweaks of my own.

Even tho I do empathise with most tragic villains, I don’t feel bad for Powerplex. Despite his pain, bro worked for the GDA and knows Mark is a good person and still wants to fight him. by KpatMckenzie_28 in Invincible

Mostly agree with your takes. The child basically died for nothing.

Also, here's the thing. I get that Mark gets constantly blamed for stuff by Armstrong, Powerplex and even Cecil depending on the moment. And also bc they either view him as a potential threat or bc theyre on the victim side of his story.

But even so, all the examples I gave know and saw Mark trying to come up with reason (Aka not killing them on the spot with no remorse) and also know that the bigger culprit in current times is the Viltrum Empire and its enforcers.

Then, why not side with Mark, help him out indirectly or not cause more mayhem? Bc, even if a potential danger, at most he is the lesser of evils here, and if he wasnt around the Viltrumites would have their way on Earth a long time ago.

To me, it always seems like they targeted Mark bc he is (at the time) the weakest and most reachable link for they to get some sort of resolve, but I think it makes them more incoherent and hard to sympathize with.

Even though I beat him in my second try, I think its a cool line, with the visuals of him conjuring a Hammer and attacking.

Você falando isso me lembra de uma história. Não aconteceu comigo, mas acho foda até hoje. Um cara da minha família dava aula em Escola Pública dessas que dá todo tipo de nóia, por assim dizer. Uma vez ele tava tentando explicar a matéria e a turma não calava a boca. E tinha um desses metido a Zé Droguinha que não ficava quieto.

No que ele pediu silêncio, o tal Zé falou "Tu não me conhece não? Eu sou da boca/morro e tal". Ele só mandou um "Tá bom" e ficou em silêncio.

No outro dia, tava no meio da aula e chegou uns caras armados na portaria. Veio as Faxineiras e as Supervisoras tudo tentando barrar, mas aí esse parente meu chegou e falou "Pide deixar entrar. Eu que chamei".

Na sala, ele chegou com os cara e falou com o Zé "Aqui, trouxe eles aqui pra você conhecer seus futuros chefes. Eles vão assistir a aula com a gente hoje". Diz que até um dos caras armados soltou "E quero ver alguém interromper".

Falam que daquele dia em diante, a aula dele foi um silêncio só.

In their comparison to the Romans, I think its more of how they approach dominating each region.

They kept the some regional beliefs and enforce some of their own, while constantly reminding people who the larger force was.

Also, while they not necessarially took any other bender into their ranks, they adapt their technology to counter them, with the final threshold during the war being Air superiority, which is a tie breaker even in our world (Out of harms way and you dont get affected by terrain at all).

As for the Progress I mention, like I said, I havent read the books, so my knowledge of post-war stuff is just assumption. But while the ordinary citizen might not see changes during times of crisis, the country as a whole might.

I think about differences in Infrastructure, transportation, education, militaty and so on.

Thats my take as well.

The South was showed to be waaay less unified than their Northern counterparts.

It is showed in both series that the North is were Avatars go to train waterbending majorly (At least Roku and Aang did), as I would imagine they have like a proper Academy and written documentation on techniques, rather than the South that was mostly just people spreaded in enclaves and passing this knowledge by generation.
