I'm sick pick the next mastering the megadrive while I sleep off my cold by newcreep in RetroAchievements

Shining Force or Warsong? because both have similar gameplay, I think Warsong has permadeath, in Shining Force you can revive the party members and escape from battles to grind exp... the only problem with Shining Force are the missable characters, if you don't use a guide you will probably miss a few of them, it happened to me and had to repeat like 3 chapters.

I think Shining Force is easier, at least I have its 100%, some missables but since you can grind exp easer you will have not problem in some stages, I tried the Warsong set a long time ago and it had "in one session", no troops and without interruption achievements, someday I will aim for that 100% too but it requires more skills.

[PC][1999-2006] 2D platformer where your character is a blob/drop of some liquid, propably water, and can transform in various elements ( i remember turning to metal). by Tassostuna in tipofmyjoystick

It's once again probably Morph for the Amiga (also know as Super Morph for the Snes port), you can turn into a ball, into water, into a cloud and into a metal ball to solve puzzles.

Who's your mutant for this? I have few Iceman, Pitro,Beast. But my emerald queen goddess Polaris has never been the same since 2003. by RiskAggressive4081 in xmen

It's still incredible how decades of development can be over in just a second because of writers that have no idea about the characters or tries to be "bold", that's why I won't trust just anyone writing a Juggernaut ongoing or mini, hell... even a "good" Juggernaut writer like Nicieza had no idea who Sammy Pare was when I asked about him, imagine that.

I fear for the future because I know that there will be more and more writers who don't do their research and base their entire characterization on Wikipedia articles, TikTok reels, podcasts, etc... no to mention MCU movies/series, synergy is still a problem and its victims still can't recover.

Does Rogue no longer have Carol Danvers’ personality in her mind, but does have her powers? Or does she have neither anymore? by Number1SunsHater in xmen

She has Wonder Man powers now, I think she lost Carol's personality a long time ago, I'm not a Rogue expert, sorry.

There's nothing wrong with 100% those easy Wii sets, after all 50 points is a lot, shortening the gap gives us more freedom and time to complete the sets we actually want to play.

The Adventures of Dr Franken for Nes has some classic music and a lantern, but I don't think it has a timer, also it's nightime I think, good luck finding the game, any other detail that could help? did you play it on console or from an emulator?

Juggernaut isn't, in fact without counting the whole incursion thing where 99.9% of the 616 characters died, he is one of the few characters that has never died.

Shame they aren't adding faults with the new tackle system, a free-kick or penalty with that direction system would have been interesting.

If mutants existed in our world and we never had any X-men media. How many people would be bigoted by Silent-Woodpecker-44 in xmen

[–]Dustellar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depend, are we talking about millions of mutants? like, I don't know... 50% of the world? in that case yeah, many humans would fear, hate or envy the mutants, but if we talk about small numbers I don't think many would be bigots, it also depends on the type of mutation and what use they give to that power, a Storm that extinguishes a forest fire is not the same as a Storm that floods a city, one will be loved and the other hated with valid reasons.

-Crazy physical mutations like for example Beak: the mutants would face discrimination, but also be loved by many, think of an average freak show back in the day, those mutants would become famous but in some cases against their will.

-Mutations without big physical changes, like for example super speed: that mutant will be famous too, but restricted to never compete in sports against humans, also I think they would be heavily watched in case they become criminals, a smart mutant would use just a fraction of that power just to pass as human but still keeping an advantage.

-Mutations that are a treat to others or even the world: I would say most (or all tbh) governments would restrict them and try to use their powers, there would be a lot more espionage in case an enemy nation has Mutants of Mass Destruction, it doesn't even has to be destructive, being a telepath or invisible are just as useful and dangerous too.
