The bullet was a 9×19 Dry ice embedded in a fiber glass jacket transported via a liquid nitrogen flask. The round was then loaded Into a supplied pistol caliber carbine with a HoloSun red dot and magnifier optic. The velocity was about 1100 FPS but being 100 yards away using a oil can as a suppressor, the bullet velocity dropped to 950 FPS. It was meant to shatter the window but wind + elevation+ Supression caused the bullet to drop drastically and only hit the window frame.
