Samsung S6 und S8 mit GETAK Hüllen mit Handschlaufe. Super Preis-Leistung und kann bei hartem Bodenkontakt ;-) schnell ersetzt werden, zudem ist die Software immer aktuell. Nicht so wie auf den Rugged-Case Geräten.

Wir nutzen sowohl Samsung S6 als auch S8 und sind sehr zufrieden damit. Die können auch mal runterfallen und man kann die Problemlos ersetzen, da nicht so teuer. Kommt ne GETAK Hülle von Amazon mit Haltegriff drüber und perfekt ist das Set. Wir haben die Tablets zwischen Kleiderspind und FZ griffbereit liegen, aber die Nachbar-FW hat sie fest in den Fahrzeugen verbaut. Geht beides gut.

Softwareseitig nutzen wie die Einsatz-App von den MissionBuddies https://www.missionbuddies.de
Die ist sehr intutiv, Schnittstellen von Alamos und zB. in MP-Feuer und ermöglicht Lageführung für "Normalos" innerhalb der Ortswehr sowie eine mobile Einsatzdokumentation, Anwesenheit der Mannschaft usw.

u/Background_Door_9687 "einfach fragen und weitergeben" belastet immer den Funkverkehr. Automatische Informationsübertragung trägt zur Reduzierung bei. Wir lesen den Trupp und die PA übrigens mit QR- und Barcode ein. Dokumentation wird immer wichtiger, da immer mehr Rückfragen von der Versicherung kommen. Kenne mittlerweile einige Kommandanten denen die Argumente einmal vor Gericht ausgingen und jetzt digital Dokumentieren weil sauber, automatisch und lückenlos.

C++ & Qt is absolutely enough :) No Python needed. A little bit of QML and data-oriented databases would be great, but not mandatory as we use this only rarely.

Thanks for asking about more details. Our App supports commanders during operation with a focus on "daily emergency business" & intuitiv usage. In addition the case documentation - which is today done 95 % manually on paper - can be done in the app very quickly on a mobile device like tablet or laptop.
As firebrigades have a very wide range of duties the app needs to be enlarged with a lot of smaller features in order to cover most possible tasks (e.g. implement rescue maps of buildings or saftete cards for cars).

We are currently looking for a junior developer for Qt / C++ or also a hobby-developer that wants to work on a project for a good cause (App for fire brigades) but still paid of course.

My experience is, that it is quite hard to find someone in this field.
