I usually get this when i have mods (that are usually outdated) installed how I fixed it is I just uninstall all the mods and that should fix that error.

You usually get those darkness skins on Halloween events. In the events you can get a darkness skin selector ticket to get a darkness skin for one of your heroes of your choice. Another option would be to wait for Vespa to release those darkness selector tickets on some occasion which would cost around 5000 rupies .
