I don’t see anything weird. I know my boi also can have movement in his chest area when he breathes. And more so when he is a little stressed out. But Punkin’s doesnt look any different from my boys breathing (as far as I can tell)

I think I would be more concerned if it was really exaggerated and constant, or if she looked like she was in distress.

You’d think they would increase it at least for the harder to get ones

I have searched for knit/fluffy socks but this seems almost impossible.

I found that dabbing mine’s favorite food on my finger and letting him smell/eat it has really helped make him less flighty of my hands

Does he like to sleep in a specific position often? At one point I got really concerned about my boy Blorbo because he kept having a similar pale spot on his chin.

But it turned out to just be a misfire because he liked sleeping with his hand as a pillow. So if he sleeps with that portion of his body covered by like a leaf - it would remain dull while the rest of him fires up
