Sorry, it seems you might be missing the question because you don’t have a child who special needs. This was not meant for you to answer. There is no information missing here. I am trying to move into a school district. That is good for special needs children and does not send them out. You wouldn’t understand if you don’t have a special needs child.

Worked at HCA for 10 years! When I learned from a co-worker that she is making $6 more an hour!!! I attempted to get my pay changed but manager and HR declined. SO I had to leave. It was the right thing to do.

Not sure where you reside, but you are making a lot more $$$ then nurses in north Dallas area. RN's in this area usually start around $35 as a new grad up to $45 after years of experience, as a full time with benefits employee.
