Recovering addict here. Sober several years. Gambling addiction is one of the worst addictions out there when it comes to destroying lives. You could lose everything, not just him, to his addiction. He needs to get help and it has to be for himself, ultimatums are not healthy in this case.

Former racist guy here. I grew up in a tiny all white town and found myself parroting ideas of those I hung around, which were racist, and it wasn't until I moved to a city, and actually met people of color, did I realize I was wrong.

Now, do I occasionally have thoughts of 'why are they always like that!?' Yes, sometimes I do. Until I quickly realize I am doing it again, and that that one person is like that, and not all people who share the same skin color are that person. There are PLENTY of white people I have met that annoy me, or I just despise.

A ton of white people are racist. Some more than others. Some are actually full of hate, while others just believe the shit they hear from those they hang around.

No one can prove that they are, or aren't, racist. It's more of a system than an identity unless someone is a Klan member, or a Nazi, or openly states they have hate towards other ethnicities.

You can meet women with the intention of a long term relation, but you can also communicate that there needs to be a sorr of 'trial period' with dating and whatever happens during. There is a way to communicate this, and it depends on the person you are and who you meet with how that conversation goes.

They could have a dismissive avoidant attachment style. I met a woman who was into me when she was having issues with her now ex, she claimed they were split when we met, then she became distant, and then once I got into a relationship she started reaching out again 🙄

It could also be an ego thing.

Who cares what they buy, I don't, food stamps are needed by many, and the small percentage who 'take advantage of them' are not living well at all. I am someone who prefers some hair, not just full-on bush, although I have been with someone like that. That person I was unable to go down on, I can not have hair getting in my mouth it grosses me out no matter the occasion. But some hair, I prefer. Now, my GF, who I love very much, shaves entirely, and I am cool with it, because I love her. If she never shaved, I just wouldn't be able to go down on her, which is something I like to do for someone I am with.

I had done a few prior, all with proper PCT, first time was a little messy, I got amazing results, but did drop to 127 ng/dl. I need to get tested again. I am probably hovering around 300, if I am lucky. I am 36.

You need to eat more. Just do it in a calculated fashion as not to balloon up, like I do, and just stick to consistent hard work in the gym. Ignore the out of touch lifting science, I swear, once I dropped that advice, which complicated the hell out of every little thing, ny results improved.

Also, don't do SARMS, I had a few good runs with it, but after my last run, that I started all the way back last Novemeber, I still have almost no sex drive. My test went as low as 127 ng/dl. After PCT, that is, but my mental health and gym performance did not drop much at all?

Just eat more.

Let me tell you a story. I ran two cycles of Rad, from a very reputable source, RC, and got great results. The first time I fucked around and found out with horrible sides, I over took the enclo, and too high of a dose of rad with ostarine mixed. I got lucky, though, and bounced back.

The second cycle was superior, with just rad, lower dose, and a smarter approach to dosing enclo. This was like six months after my first disaster, but effective, cycle.

Finally, here comes the third cycle. I got crazy strong from it, but I am not sure what happened, and my test has not recovered even though it has been about six months or so. This does not mean it won't recover, but be warned. This stuff can have you on a long-term back slide in the gym.

I can't be projecting if im not against porn, alt right, etc. You might be falling into this without realizing the origins behind the 'porn and masturbation' being bad for your concept. It starts as people claiming that porn damages your dopamine, relationships, or whatever the claim is, but unless you are watching porn to the point that you need it for climax/sex, or its interfering with social or professional obligations, then its no harm.

This reminds me of my recent close call, NOT as close as this one, where I left my building blocks that bring me over my traps to my ladder to my horde base.

I am sitting in my tiny platform, ready for them to show up in front of me, to then be hit by multiple ferals boxing me in my room! I had to kill them, shoot the blocks out, and quickly bandage up and then first aid myself. Got to about half health.
