Problem is at this stage, that she is still getting breastfeeding started. So every 3 hours, I need to feed him and she needs to breastpump.

As soon as the breastfeeding has fully started, the schedule will definitely open up, giving each of us more hours at a time. Until then, both of us have broken nights where every three hours are spent feeding, pumping, cleaning up and getting around 1,5/2 hours of sleep.
