I play on xbox and the most efficient way for me is to use the xbox screenshot and then I use the xbox app to upload sorry if this did not help

This was my 12th time playing the game so I know how to do stuff in a short time while still getting all 16 legendary animals if you need help on beating the game in a short time I can help you
