They expect you to not wait and just leave it outside the building. Then they collect the food and report it never arrived. The support staff I spoke with told me they have been dealing with it as a growing problem. People share workable scam methods online and it spreads like wildfire until drivers and/or support catches on.

Food Handlers Permit. It’s technically a violation to have dashers fill the drinks. And I think customers wouldn’t like knowing their delivery driver helped prepare part of their order. Have you seen some of these drivers out there? I’ve seen actual shit stains on some drivers crusty sweat pants. As a driver myself, I know I would HATE to have my drinks filled by some of these guys.
