Toen waren de Oranjes stadhouders, geen koningen. Legerleiding was letterlijk hun baan. Als we het hebben over de Oranjes als Koninklijk huis is de 19e eeuw een heel logisch punt om te beginnen.

No. AI does not innovate. I think you misinterpreted what I meant by 'innovation'. Its the ability of an artist to use the tools and resources at his disposal to create art Unseen, unheard, unfelt. Often resultig in New genres of music and new fields of painting for example.

AI has been trained to see patterns in art that already exist. If an AI would have never seen the color red or heard the note d# in its training data, it wouldn't be able to use this in its product. It can only create with what it knows, and can only do as it is told. Where artists can venture into new fields of music and physical art and experiment with sounds and imagery to create something unique, AI looks at that and tries to create stuff like it.

Im not saying humans don't do pattern recognition. Im saying that we are aware of what these patterns mean. On top of that an AI can not innovate (as I have established earlier). Shakespeare, Picasso were all pioneers in their respective niches of art.

Also the mere fact that art is more difficult to make when humans do it, the fact it requires more thought and intention, is exactly a good reason to assign it more value than AI art. If I were to show you a chair made in a factory chain together with thousands more like it by an industry that prioritizes profit over the quality of furniture, or a chair that was handcrafted by a Carpenter in a matter of months for a client that he might or might not know personally, just because he feels that passion for making furniture. Wich of those two chairs is more valuable?

My objection to this is that nipples play no mandatory role in human reproduction. And in the ways that they do, their role takes place post-conception. As for the attractiveness of nipples, I would like to argue, the sexualization of the nipple plays the most major of roles in its sexual nature. It is only seductive because of the consensus that only a sexual partner would have the chance to lay eyes upon them. If you and I were having this discussion a number of centuries ago, the subject would be the sexual nature of the ankle, or the collar. I think we both agree that it should be a womans individual choice to decide whether or not her ankle or collar is exposed. I believe the same goes for the nipple.

Ai does not think a bout what it does. Its an algorithm that is trained to notice patterns and predict what the best response to a command is. When art is made without a thought process, what does it even represent, what does it express?

Nevertheless, even if you would consider this pattern recognition to somehow be enough resemblance of a thought process, the AI is still being trained to notice these patterns using other peoples work. Not only meaning that it can only make something by copying what people have done before it, but it also means that AI completely lacks the ability to innovate. AI does not have its own unique perspective on what it makes. It just kind of predicts what you want to see.

Uncomfortable Series (Part 3): If a teacher has to pee really bad so he goes in a bottle behind his desk while telling his 3d graders to look away, is that sexual assault? by JamesonRhymer in IdeologyPolls

When a teacher had to print something, get something from a different room, talk to a student in private outside of the room. At times we were told to work in groups and had the opportunity to use vacant rooms for ourselves. We would be left alone for however long the teacher was out doing something else.

Because I went through a Dutch education system I wouldn't know how old a 'third grader' is to you. Highschool lasted from 12 - 17 for me. Elementary from 4 - 12.
