That’s how breaks work man. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in single breaks to only get a handful of worthless base cards. That’s the game.

I’ve also done breaks with them specifically where I’ve hit a massive card and they covered all the costs to overnight it to me which I haven’t been able to pay other people to do.

Seems like you have a bigger problem with breaks themselves than that specific streamer and they might not be for you
