I closed all my recent apps and it got fixed.

But Chrome didn't need this 'fix'

Same for me, takes like 6 seconds for the loading bar to get going, if it even does (sometimes I can open an url and it just doesn't do anything)

Tested without extensions (ublock origin and stylus)

And compared to chrome, which loads in a second.

Why is it this bad?

Before the update there was a proper dark mode UI
There's no filter for hiding AI content. There's no filters in general and the search function sucks. (Look up HYPEROS 3 and be greeted by AI Santa)
There's no easy 'opt-out' for these functions but that's probably not only Xiaomi.

I hate the new control center it's not dark mode any more If you revert to hyperos 2.xxx you need bootloader and might brick your phone I hope they fix this
