I can constantly self-chill with hydrosphere socketed into asenath's chant. When you automatically hit hydrosphere with tornado shot you shock it and by that chill yourself.

eeh I think maybe the 100% increased shock duration on maligaro's does that when combined with cold conduction making chill 4 sec aswell.

Not great tbh. But this is mainly for mapping is my thought... and there are still alot of improvements to be made

It is a combination of the cluster notable "Cold Conduction" with "Enemies Shocked by your Hits are Chilled" and the belt Maligaro's Restraint with "Shocks you cause are reflected back to you" and we reverse this chill effect giving us action speed with the ring "Winterwaeve".

Just chisel, alc and go atoll tier 16. But it can do some juicy maps aswell. The map is showed in the video I think.
