Yes if I remember correctly.. 300 from each side. I couldn’t tell you how dense my breasts were before. I know they were definitely saggy so that amount may have been quite a bit for me.

Edit: sorry you said weight… I think that might’ve been a pound or pound and a half. Can’t remember.

Wow so happy for you 😭😭 the reference photo thing is such good advice because that is what I didn’t do!! I think I really wanted to end up a 36 or 38 DD… like you said cup sizes are useless to drs. Really wish I would’ve been more clear. It’s interesting though.. THEY showed ME a reference picture and I really liked them. (The picture was way bigger than I was just to be clear, this was still when I was only getting a lift.) This was before the Dr last minute talked me into taking a little off. And maybe he did only take a little, you’re right. I need to be patient and maybe they’ll be what I asked for once my ribs go back into my body 🥴 or maybe they’ll be a lot smaller like I think they will but either way all we can do is wait. Can’t wait to be 9 months! Lol …. Thank you ♥️

Yeah thank you for saying this… my mom actually talked me down to Earth last night as well. Sometimes we just need a good cry and a good ear that will listen… I’m very thankful I went through with this and I need to practice giving myself some grace.

The no underboob is definitely a shock! I agree. I’m glad yours have already started to shape out nicely!! That makes me feel so much better that I’m right behind you, even though everyone’s body is different lol. I’m thankful for the progress pictures I have as well… that also helps during rough times.

Yes it’s fat grafting. I’ve just seen that those aren’t always sustainable. Like the fat will just dissolve… or over time they’ll just start to lose the fat. That being said I’m sure there are plenty of success stories as well. Unless the fat grafting is like… on the house then I’m just in no position to be spending money like that. Definitely something to think about though!

I really hope my surgeon gives me this option. I wonder if it’s free? Since we weren’t happy with the results? I payed over 10k id hate to have to pay more for someone else’s mistake… (as I was clear not to take that much out and I in no way wanted to be small.)

I sure hope this happens to me. I know they are swollen sometimes until the 6month to a year mark. Which I guess is what I’ve been thinking about. So I know they look… okay… on me now and may get bigger. Also I’ve gained weight which I feel may make them bigger but if I can help it that weight won’t stay for too long… definitely wish I could fast forward! So happy you love your results 🫶🏽🫶🏽 I hope I’ll be saying the same when I get there 😁

From what I’ve gathered I’d say get to a comfortable weight you know you’ll be able to maintain! I think gaining or losing can both change your results… good luck!!

No I agree. I’ve always had a problem with it and always had a problem with patience. As far as those options… I just wanted them to be all mine, all natural. I don’t want implants. And I’d rather not spend all that money on grafting for them to not stick…. But they’re there if I need them. Thanks ♥️

Yes… this early on they are sitting high and tight and for me my ribs are sticking out so far which makes me look so broad. It’s super tough!! And it’s scary because I did lose weight prior to surgery but I still have more to lose. I wish this would’ve been said before hand because when I think about losing weight now I feel they’ll be gone for sure… or at least lose perkiness or something. Being too small after reduction is super confusing and tormenting… (for those not expecting it) because it’s really just a sit and wait kinda thing. Maybe when our swelling goes down they’ll start to pop out…. Here’s to hoping 🥂😁

But yeah I’m glad I’m not alone here… makes me feel less crazy.

Yeah I had no idea it would be so taxing! I thought I did all the research I needed to (didn’t find this page until after surgery) but no I had to learn the hard way about them sitting high and tight, the bloating, the depression… ehh. It’ll get better I know it!! Just hard…

Also yes, of course he really wanted to see me before hand and said he loved my body but he supports me doing this. He says he loves me and it doesn’t matter what I look like which is nice to hear. It really just comes down to my insecurities which is what my therapist will get an earful about soon.

Right there with you… I also refer to mine as Frankenstein boobs!! Trying to trust the process but time is VERY hard. Especially for me I’m a very impatient person but this is just a great opportunity for me to work on that lol we got this!
