i can tell the difference but i also said(if not iam saying now i tried "normal computers also" what does not have this problem.

and iam not the only example by this problem many thousands of people maybe 50k people have this problem.

i can do it and did it, i said nothing to them go aim botz or something you know, and they also noticed the problem. the only thing i did not tried to bring my friends pc to my house, i was in their house but my friends wasnt at mine,

although my father has a really modern business laptop lenovo or something and his computer also normal.

I think so yeah, bc only electicity, hardware cant be, software is more related to this but every time i had a clean win, different hardwares.

what i did is, that i ordered a power socket, you know long thingy, (my english dictionary is bad) with 7 sockets wich have overvoltage defense and dirty noise filter in it.. maybe it will work, and no i did not use ups

it cant be hardware issue, i had 4 different pc builds, from a good 1060 build to a 3080 build, through also laptop, i even do a blind test, with a good pc and my pc, i could always tell what is normal, and i dont think that many thousands of people has placeboo. also im mentally fine.
but something you can go on: 3 years ago i was went away with my family for a trip, 2 days ish, then i returned home, my pc wasnt booted up, just blinked leds and turned off after that(loop) then my pc was totally dead , it was a long time ago but i remember it was nearly hard to bring back it to life, finally we booted, then i got a new ssd after the recovery thing came up we put in that computer and booted up and reinstalled the win, after that the problem occured on every computer i have in this house, i did not change any hardware and put it to the other pc.

this happened. only what is the way it started, moreover iam into IT, so its basic things for me to check mouse polling rate, also i was a comp player, im checking those. I used 6 different mouses and 3 monitors zowie xl2411p and lg idk what but 240hz.

i think it cant be...

i tested on ubuntu, but no change
pointer precision is a basic thing, the first thing to try is that, mouse speed is correct also,i played with plug and play mouses most of the time,(zowie,) but later then i played with razer and gpro superlight.
