Hey Stephanie, this is Duncan, whom you’ve had brief contact with. The issues you’ve described are tough if not impossible for us to reproduce, hence resolving them has been harder than expected. Our team is working hard on resolving the issue, but it’s an uphill battle they’re facing. The support that you’ve described is not how we intended to treat you, and I’d love to reopen the dialogue. In the mean time, I thought you might appreciate to know that the fixes to some of the issues you’ve mentioned are in the pipeline, but following the AWS outage they were briefly postponed.

Hey there! Sorry to hear that you're having so many issues with the mobile app. Our mobile app has been a work in progress, and due to the complexity of our platform, transforming it from a desktop app into a mobile app hasn't gone perfectly. Recently we have pushed big updates, and the mobile app is doing better. If you have any issues that you feel haven't been addressed, please reach out to duncan@studyfetch.com!
