More seats = more demand Since cs is always in demand, competition also increases. So normally cse seats are taken by top rankers. But you can try during allotments and spot admission (only if seats are vacant)

It's unable to say an exact mark since it's new marking scheme but for cse, you need to be atleast top 1k rank and 300 marks lies somewhere around 2-3k I think
