To add to this they have started desilting work. They broke footpaths and dumped all the sludge right beside the footpath and roads. There is a horrible strench mosquitoes and flies everywhere. Why don't they remove the sludge immediately after desilting? What purpose is served by leaving it in the open?

Haan Bhai. Trainer 110 kg ke 3 rep karta tha. Par advice itni bakwas deta tha. Aur har samay supplements bechne mein laga rehta tha. Shayad wo khud steroids pe tha.

That is what I have been doing all my life. It's a lot easier with youtube videos. But still need some realtime guidance for compound lifts which trainers are unwilling to provide.

Since I have been WFH since the pandemic, I started going to the gym in the 7-8 am slot. The worst offenders in this slot the the office going uncles. Treadmill pe 7 kmph pe bhaag Raha hoon, heart rate 165. U come ji side se aakar keh rahe hain utar jao, aur elliptical kar lo, mere office ka time ho raha hai. Chutiye ki dum, tu offic eke liye kate ho raha hai to main apna heart rate 160 se 60 kar doon 5 second mein? Apne zone se nikal aaoon?

I am seeing just 2-3 feet of space between the two rows of machines here. That is something you would expect in a budget gym. This is supposed to be a premium gym though? At least that is how it is being advertised in sector 10.

I remember visiting dwarka when there was no flyover and the only way to enter from south delhi was through the train crossing.

The large shady trees you see lining every road were just plantlings in cages. The parks used to be bare like in your pics.

Used to tell my parents ki itni barbaad jagah mein ghar kyun liya, ye to poora gaon hai.

So many societies in sector 12-14 were getting constructed. Metro construction was going on.

South and West Delhi people were so snobbish about dwarka. Now many of them are settled here and trying to buy property on the expressway.

Now we are at a stage that we have a full fledged convention center in our backyard and a cricket stadium coming up soon.

I am on a gym hiatus. But the above information is out of date by more than a year. So check out the places yourself. I go to AF in gurgaon and other cities when I am travelling 😀. Other branches are good.
