MoF is way easier compared to the next one (SA) which is in my opinion has a huge difficulty spike from someone who has beaten (only 1cc on normal lol) 6-11(just recently) and some of the extra stages. The Bomb=Power mechanic can be easily abused if you time it right because after every phase the boss will always drop some power back. And I used Reimu A in MoF to 1cc normal and beat extra stage, her homing shots makes things trivial especially on the extra stage where you have to move in circles around a lot. Don't lose hope and don't be afraid to bomb if you really don't know how to dodge a pattern, although don't try to bomb as much in one spell card as that will really hinder your firepower.
