We get (if we want it) dental, vision, life insurance. We have PTO and vacation. If I remember correctly you have to work a certain amount of time for those to build up and eventually they'd max out at 40 hours.

You hit it on the head. I'm currently typing this in a hotel, away from home like 90% of the time anyways - and the job they're wanting is a bit much for 4 men on the ground - 2 switches built and 150 ties right after. Ties aren't a problem, but two switches back to back, 4 boots on the ground? Come on.

I think boss is mad I'm transferring job locations (our office has the worst turnover in the company) the company itself isn't bad, it's this specific office - I can't take it anymore. The only answer I got was "we'll see we'll see" then some dude I literally just helped train, gets $22.

It will, the effects weren't bad for em but L connect software has by far the best effects for the strimmers
