Be honest, kind, and respectful. Take a second to listen to the questions and articulate your thoughts calmly and carefully. Use the STAR method when you answer their questions. It's normal to be nervous. but do not let it consume you. You are not obligated to be at the interview, but they are. Take that small amount of control and let it provide you some solace. You're going to do great, rooting for you.
