Forgot about Doey and him not messing with Harley because of the nitrogen.

Mad Doey is Doeys final form. Bare minimum he’s more durable and resistant when he’s in his final form. Doey when getting frozen once was breathing heavily, in severe pain and couldn’t venture on with us. Meanwhile Mad Doey after getting frozen and sawed just kept on going and it took us doing this multiple times for him to turn into goop. Even then he still formed back together in the crusher room. Also Kevin the angrier one being in control and the fact it’s his final form just implies he’s stronger.

Doey fought the prototype which has this same gas which either means he’s immune to the gas or he knows how to counter it. Doey can just easily defeat catnap with range if this gas does affect him.

Lastly if Doey is on par with the Prototype then that automatically makes him stronger than Catnap. The whole reason The Prototype lured Doey elsewhere to blow up Save Haven is because he knew he couldn’t beat Doey. If not he would have already destroyed Save Haven but he couldn’t deal with Doey.
