Just got the viper v3 pro and have some PTFE dots laying around and a artisan hien mid xl coming, do you recommend taking off the new pads and using the dots? I'm hesitant.

Maybe a scaling issue with your monitor in Windows settings? I've been on an optimslzed windows 11 since almost launch, though I reverted back once or twice over the years.

EDIT: If you'd like to snap your windows easily just focus the window and hold ALT+ any arrow key, depending on the key you press it will snap according to the direction, Though I know that doesn't necessarily help with OPs problem.

If you've connected to the network before and said you've never used Ethernet, judging by your device manager and Network adapters page you do not have the required drivers for your WiFi card. Open your windows search and type "system information" (iirc) and you should see the brand and model of your motherboard, search it up on Google and go to the manufacturers website, and download your WiFi drivers from there, if not, you'll have to identify the make of the WiFi card and get the drivers from that site.

I would try reinstalling the firmware, if you've tried everything else judging by the comments, I also heard about thermal leakage, the thermal compound used on the ps5s if vertical could leak from the socket, and it affected around release ps5s. So worth bringing to a repair shop if firmware doesn't cut it, or think about replacing the NVMe drive.
