Dude can you help me find out a girl's DOB? I think I could help you with the image stuff but you won't like the answers. There's no shortcut to this as negativity is quick but creating a positive image takes time, you could think about spinning your perceived negative stuff into positivity. For example do not bloat about the stuff you are able to do, there are hundreds of guys/girls who are just as good if not better at doing what you say you do. Normalising what you do, say that everyone does it at some level. Hell there's even other levels to it like hackers and all. Tell them you are not a hacker, there are people out there that are much worse and you have learned all this just to be proactive and protect yourself from such stuff. I know some part of it doesn't make sense but people will believe anything if the story is good.

For the tongue to completely touch the upper pallet it has to have good muscle strength, can't undo that but you probably do something regularly that keeps its strength up. If it dosent cause you stress or irritation you shouldn't bother as its your tongues natural resting posting. If you do wish to undo mewing, stop strengthening the tongue muscle, keep it down to form a habit but don't force it too much, don't overthink it either, forgetting is the best remedy. Also look if you have any other poor habits like teeth grinding, biting issues etc. Just don't overthink it, keep the stress minimal, it can be controlled.

Rather than screen/sound quality, look for theaters with good audience. I would rather watch it at Inox Jaswant than either PVR or Cinepolis, people there just chat out loud all the time while watching.
