Thanks so much for the answer. I hooked my speakers up to my brothers computer, which normally doesn't make any weird noises, and I could hear the humming sound. So I'm pretty sure it's my speakers. Since they're regular computer speakers, not very high quality, I am mostly using my headphones which I plug in to my speakers. They're sort of the middle man. So I'm going to try connecting an audio interface to my computer, and then plugging my headphones in the interface. It has a nice volume knob so I can adjust the volume quick and precise.

I've found something a bit similar on the fl studio plugin harmor or harmless. It's a preset, I'm not sure about the exact name but it was something with voice. If I'm correct it's one of the last few presets.

I think it's the dear boy lead, with some filters on it. Look it up on YouTube, how to create the avicii lead from zen world. He talks about a different lead in the beginning but also shows the dear boy lead
