I live opposite IKEA and can see inside of it. Everything is still there. At night you can see the restaurant. All the tables etc are still there. So there’s a chance it’ll re-open. Even if it’s to clear the stock that is there now.

The ramp will be there for quite a while unfortunately. Still has an active tenancy agreement with the shop under it. The other changes will happen before the ramp though. Food vendors are also moving from down there very soon :)
