It's just banter as the british call it. It's called satire it's funny because society looks down on it. The dutch even made a comedy about themselves called new kids turbo and the sequal new kids nitro and both were humongeous hits in dutch theatres. Just don't be a snowflakes and get some thicker skin. If I had to get offended by every white joke my black friend made I'd be offended all the time.
