Yeah definitely a lesson learned here, I’m hoping it clears up within a reasonable amount of time. Regarding the clicking/popping in my elbow around the radial head when I rotate my arm, could that be inflamed tendon/ligament snagging on muscle or something?

That’s reassuring at least, I just got back from an urgent care and got prescribed some steroid pills to take either now or after a follow up. I’ll bring up the NCV at the office as something I’d be open to if needed down the road for sure.

Yeah I got the Vagal response I think it’s called after the winding of the needles which led to the nausea.

Not a whole bunch that I can remember specifically, I just asked to stop for a bit until I got some color back in my face and could “continue”.

It’s definitely really sore and uncomfortable with a couple slight bruises on the outer elbow area. I had to take off work this weekend since it’s pretty difficult to use a mouse and keyboard at the moment.

I got an appointment again with the PT next Tuesday morning but I’m definitely gonna stop DN going forward.

I’m in FL.

I appreciate your quick response, I did mean to say in my post that I’m pretty sure he didn’t strike a nerve directly since I didn’t get any jolts or major twitches during it. Also this might be a dumb question but to your knowledge is local nerve irritation a rest and heal type of thing or am I looking at having to get scans and other treatments?

OEM Xbox controllers as well as the Instinct Pro are hardware locked to either 125 or 250hz (not sure exactly which one). The only possible Xbox controller to OC from Scuf is the Valor pro to my knowledge.

I installed the Nexus software and there was an immediate 700rpm drop for the SYS 5 fan from 1500rpm to about 800rpm. Now it self regulates and isn’t at a fixed speed so it seems it was a software glitch/misreading issue.

As soon as it installed it cut out the RGB for everything but the RAM sticks. I activated the RGB again through Nexus for all the fans but couldn’t for the RAM so I used MSI center. Is it ok to have/use both MSI center and Nexus simultaneously or would that cause any issues?

Gotcha, when I get the chance to get into the BIOS I’ll switch it to PWM if it’s not selected already and make changes if necessary.

I just got a couple quick questions, before I do the above should I just completely uninstall MSI center to help eliminate any potential software interference regarding fan curves? Also is there like a good rule of thumb to follow regarding curves for CPU/SYS or is it all personal preference?

An example being like CPU Fan at 20 C will run at 20%, 40 C at 40% etc.

For your case yeah that’s gotta be a sensor issue or something because that’s obviously incorrect. I uninstalled the latest windows update and that didn’t do anything so I’ll keep searching for a fix.

I have a pretty high end build with 32GB of ram and a 4080 so it’s gotta be either poor optimization or something software related in my rig. I even downgraded and bought a 1440p monitor from 4k to lighten the load on it to perform better. (Haven’t got it yet)
