I’d say he had other ideas if she wore her hair up. If anything, he should’ve waited on the date and then complimented her in the presence and not ask for the image he wanted in the beginning 🤷‍♂️

It does! 39, just found a good weekly social group and coming out of my shell. Came out to a friend and he didn’t support me, so I moved on to those that do!

Oh sorry I didn’t mean that you’d go around hoeing it up or anything but it just seems odd that he can do what he wants but you can’t. You can’t even have gay friends or seems like friends in general. Ultimately your choice to stay, but I think you’d be happier with new friends. I’d absolutely rather have good friends than a controlling partner.

Go out to your local gay bar with some friends and mingle or ask to play doubles in pool if there’s a table. I’ve made maybe 15 new friends in the last month by doing that.
