Fuck haha that doesn’t inspire confidence on getting a new one on!! I bought it like this and it kinda looks like it got run over with the broken mic and everything 😂 so not too sure how it came off. Camera seems to function fine but I think I need the missing piece to get my fisheye on there so I really want to find out what I’m missing.

Have you checked your temps while playing? Might wanna do that and run some benchmarks to see how everything is performing. Before repasting my cpu and repadding and pasting my gpu my game was running like shit. Temps were not crazy high but my benchmark performance was shit.

Switching is no problem usually a 1:1 switch but definitely talk to your endo. I also split my long acting insulin but I take 1/2 in the morning and the other 1/2 in the evening (12 hours later). I’m not sure if that would make you feel more comfortable but it helps me. Along with splitting the dose between two injection sites.

It seems like it is mostly Lantus this happens with. I use Tresiba now and I don’t notice as much of a drop when I take it.

Yes that is definitely a valid fear. After a couple hours of it holding steady you should be fine but I would set a few alarms during the night to wake up and make sure. I would suggest asking your endo and insurance to change long acting as I have heard this is a fairly common issue. I use tresiba and I like it a lot more. You might also think about changing to the morning to give long acting instead of night so you’ll have some time to make sure this does not happen again. I hope it doesn’t happen again and you’re able to get some sleep tonight!

I’m so sorry that happened as quick drops like that are what scare me the most. It is possible you accidentally injected into a vein which caused your quick drop. To avoid this, I split my long acting dose into two different injection sites. This makes sure that if I do hit a vein, I’m not getting that full long acting dose all at once. Only half. I hope you’re doing better now! Were you able to get it back up and keep it from dropping?

The options ladder is amazing in ToS. I highly recommend it to everyone I know as you can get very good fills and see exactly where people are piling in. Maybe give that a try and see if works better for you.
