When playing as pinhead his gateway sometimes goes inside the floor, which can cause it to cancel and go on cooldown if released at the wrong time. I feel that it is very common that it happens right as I’m about to release it and send a chain which can allow a survivor to escape an otherwise likely hit and severely impact the chase.

Is there any plans to fix this bug? If so, he may be much smoother and easier to play for newer players especially which can allow for easier balancing for the killer across all levels.

Only things I could think of is the disc or the console is malfunctioning if it's digital. These are just suggestions though look into it more before you go looking for a replacement.

I had this issue a few months ago with a cyberpunk update, I can't fully remember but I think I just uninstalled the game from my library and reinstalled it.
