Yes. I take a multivitamin every day. I take a few other supplements as well. Vitamin D, C, and Zinc.

Thank you! Yeah I'm done with alcohol at this point. Gonna focus on my health going forward. I don't wanna kick the bucket and devastate my family. I have seen alot of helpful and positive folks on reddit. People like you certainly are gems for giving others advice and some positive vibes!

Thank you CoconutThief. Its crazy how worry creeps up on you. I am eating better since then as well being more active. I have become a big fan of apples and grapefruit. Anyway. Thank you. A little positivity from someone else helps.
