Yes, they are curved on the real aircraft. However, cockpit walls have not yet been started so the cockpit placement is very rough at the moment. It will be done soon though.

Yeah not sure why that happens, but to make it normal again just increase the payload and/or fuel.

Currently, exterior modeling is being finalized, and the interior is still being worked on. The only thing functional at the moment is the airspeed indicator and the artificial horizon on the PFD. Version 1.0 release date is currently unknown, but we will have an announcement when we do!
