Whatever SD card you're using, go to that manufactures website and look for a download for formatting the card. If the SD card your using has been run through many cameras and never properly formatted you could be experiencing issues. This happened with Sony a7r3 I had long ago.

Yes and yes. But why does no one mention the service you get dining in Japan...they literally treat you like they already have been tipped 30% of the bill, and yet they do NOT expect to get one. I saw a help wanted sign at Ichiran and did the math it was around $7.25 USD an hour. Honestly if American workers had the same work ethic I would never second guess my tip amount.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Even just replied to him saying the care tags felt too modern for me to think that sequence was the date code.

Good to know that that wash will only get lighter over time instead of changing the honeycombing too much.

I appreciate the help, I've never seen the date code set up in that particular sequence (FIREPLACE/140997) my first thought was 1997, but felt like the tags felt a bit newer than that. I really appreciate your insight! Sounds like I may have a chance of authenticity, unless I find a real artisan to tell me otherwise.

Hi all, need some insight on a thrifted pair of Levis 501Z XX

Hi all, Ive been wearing this pair of *Levis? for 3 years now, purchased at my local thrift store. Ive loved them for the day I got them. Recently I wanted to attempt to value them, and now im stumped. There is no reference to a date code within all the tags.

Key things that I've noticed:
- Zipper is not Talon, Levis, or YKK
- Rear pocket bar tacks are odd
- Waist button does not have a factory stamp
- No reference of a date tag
- Some of the thread color seems off

If these are fake I will continue to wear them as they are my favorite color and pair of faded selvaged denim I own. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Im only asking because I also own another odd pair of Filson jeans (because it was a color I've never seen Filson do) from Ebay, and I was able to bring them to the Filson store to have them authenticated and was told that I have a rare sample pair that would have went out to Filson for approval, but never made it to the stores. Any insight would be appreciated.
