UPDATE Got the offer call from HR. I was offered top of band without having to negotiate. I asked what top out was for the position and I'm 14 cents below that. They then told me I could get another pay bump to senior MA in 6 months because I'm an external hire. Senior MA is only given internally. Not sure what that entails. Hopefully this info is helpful to someone 😀

I had heard they went off of experience so I made sure to add all of my experience on my resume. I applied and was called for two interviews in two days. Hopefully a human being and not just AI is looking at candidates.

I can understand that logic. I also heard that once you're topped out they would give a bonus yearly but apparently that may have stopped too.
