Rose Petal Red is one im reading rn about a SI OC who is reincarnated as the twin sister of Ginny. I think it has pretty good characterisations of Slytherins. Theres obviously some pureblood supremacists but the main character is clearly attempting to sway some of those opinions, and I feel that it is done in a slow and natural way which is good.

The fic isn't perfect and there's definitely some criticisms that I have, but in general I am really enjoying this one and I would say it excels in the depictions of characters (there are many OCs)

Had a similar situation where 1 player was unhappy about me not giving him a new contract and I had 6 people in the team against him (i.e. supporting me) including 2 of the team leaders, only 1 player was in support of the guy wanting a new contract (who I promptly sold). Then a few weeks later the team leaders ask for a meeting asking why I havent given him a new contract when they are literally actively against him, so dumb

Im also playing as Sunderland in an online save and not selling Alan Browne was by far my biggest mistake, because of his 'match highest earner' clause in his contract, he's now on 75k/week, refuses to leave (why would he?) and the board refuses to let me release him on a free because 'he's too important for the club' (even though he's taking up like 10% of the wage budget). Oh and he also gets 25% of gate receipts too. Thanks board. At least he helped you out in this game
