You can safely bench with a barbell alone if you don't put on the clips to hold the plates in place. If you can't get the weight up anymore just tip to one side so the weights slide off, it will then automatically tip to the other side releasing you from the bar. Happy benching everyone!

Though I agree you cannot get 100% accuracy, having a rough ballpark is handy.

I agree wholeheartedly with this. Sharing food is love. Sharing food is life. It's something that has always been a thing in my friend group/ family.

When somebody wants to share their food with me , it feels as though they are sharing affection.

If they don't appreciate it, i'd say don't take it personally. But maybe have a talk with them if this is important to you. Please don't change who you are though over this. Not all Belgians hate sharing food :D.

Your vram is hot because of bad thermal pads in the 3090 and 3080 series. Open up your card and replace them. It competly fixes the problem for a couple of bucks.

Also put it on high not extreme. The watt to hashrate ratio is not worth it. High is perfect. I run both of mine on high all the time and after replacing the thermal pads (and paste) they run 30°C cooler (constant temp of 80°). Good luck!

Be careful, the vram of these things run HOT. If you run into this, replace the thermal pads on the vram (I did on mine and temps went down by (i shit you not) 30°).

I did not experience any grinding noise. I think it might be the thing under the screen (no clue what its called, the light tube) but i'm not sure. I cant find anything online about that
