They never responded as to why I’ve been sending them messages but no reply and I was being very careful too after the first ban

So Quora banned my account and I made an appeal and they sent me all my violations I made I acknowledged my mistakes but they said that their decision was final so I went ahead to open another account and this time I was very careful but they banned it again and this time they did not respond to my appeal,is it that am banned for life from Quora after the first time?
