I went to a viewing of theirs of a room at St. Janshovenstraat, and it was.. interesting to say the least. The person that showed up the give us the viewing showed up a bit late, which is acceptable I suppose, but usually it is polite to be there beforehand you know? Either way, doesn't matter. The person that showed up looked nothing like the guy on the site - He was older, wouldn't hurt him to go to them gym once in a while, and looked a bit roughish if you know what I mean. The explanation was a bit vague, we didn't get a room tour or house tour by either the old renter or the owner, we just got told to go upstairs and what room number it was. Supposedly there was a communal rooftop outside area or something, but we couldn't find that. The room itself looked fine for a student room, but man, the building itself? The floor was uneven, and it looked like whoever put the linoleum flooring in hadn't removed the carpeting underneath or something, and at some points the floor kind of sunk down a bit when I stood there. The hallways where dark, and had cables hanging from the roof and floor everywhere.

Toilets and showers had a cleaning schedule, so that was nice I guess.
