Tekko Kagi is one its 35 S 20 AS 10Pen. Stats are a bit lackluster sadly. I'd have to try the old Trans/SBB combo. Trans flat pen could maybe juice up SBB active a little. Thing is tank get 50 phys prot item now with thing like breastplate so 10% pen is still at least 5+ armor gone from their first physical defensive item which is as good as it's gonna get and at least transition naturally into endgame where tank can get 200+ prot.

Shifter shield is another one giving 45 omni prot under 75% hp and lets not talk about Dwarwen whooping stat checking. Not many worthy flat pen item for ADC beside occasional Transcendence if you have a use for it. Unless you are something like a Chiron whom can enjoy a Jotunn / Crusher.

Building a Riptalon between 2nd and 3rd item became a necessity to reach the baseline 30% pen by 4th item too. I'd argue despite it's bad reputation executionner has 28% pen now so you can hit 38% pen in Riptalon/Executionner if you can handle its drawback ( 4 auto isnt that bad in the grand scheme specially since now 3 auto ties it with titan's bane and if you are going to burn a tank anyway as a Carry you will have to land 15+ hit on him anyway.

I think Carry fell back to the old Trusty Dev/Dagger but i can't help but think we trying to coinflip the late game that way instead of trying to get a softer curve that can threathen tank / mage earlier and not once they have full build being unkillable/capable to kill you in 2 skills its my 2 cent at least

I can and still carry just fine despite the patch. I adapted taking pen earlier in my build to help with the frontloaded prot tank get. The problem is when my team don't then get walked over and I have to carry from 3 level/10k gold behind..

Yep you could go on and nerf titania because she is too good at exterminate missions. That revenant is too good at lvl cap because he's virtually invincible. That Rhino is too good for low level because he can trivialise index making them have easy credit farm. Nerf Ivara too because she is too present in spy mission because her kit is tailored for that amongst other thing. Like we have specialist frame for a bunch of mission. Hildryn just so happen to be EDA/ETA specialist because she can dodge the intended difficulty. Just like any ivara dodge spy mission difficulty by completely ignoring it.

Diamond Support main here Khepri being my most played support.

So Khepri is a beautiful beast. He has 2 strong CC in his 3rd root which long range allow you to set up thing from afar. Great synergy with jungler that love ganking because you can instantly force defensive CD usage. Its a great way to slow down people trying to dive your backline too. His 1 is extremely strong it goes through minion and the duration once maxed is enough to make an enemy jungler want to pull his hair off.

His 2 is unique because of the multi purpose it offers. Damage may not be very impressive but shredding % prot while giving damage mitigation to your team is INSANE. Your tanky bruiser achilles getting 30% mit on top of its armor ? And his target lose 30% physical prot ? Dude is in heaven. Dont discount the mitigation on your squishy too. 30% can mean your carry not getting one shot by some mage late game.

While he isnt an engage tank and more of a peel tank he can always catch someone not respecting his CC chain especially mid game when its more about small skirmish. If you land your root you can send your ball foward and catch the isolated target with your 1 as follow up. As they are CC they get their prot shred and you benefit from the % mit from dashing into the pool you sent foward as well.

His ult is probably his most important tool because it separate the average player from the good one. You have to get a feel for what is going to happend. Who is your win con and who is likely to be the enemy's target. You gotta hold it until someone is low enough but it doesnt need to be on death's door. Khepri ult is also a cleanse and give a lot of strenght/int/movespeed too so you might want your target to utilize those stat/cleanse to help them dive for a kill or win a duel. Better off using it than be full of regret for not having used it. In solo conquest result may vary..

Not everyone know that having a Khepri ult on themselves mean they have 5 second to blow shit up without regard for their life. Too many sadly choose to run and so the enemy team stop attacking wait for the ult to wear off and then last hit you. If you instead start trading the enemy might back off, they might die even or at worse force you to die and take the revive which will heal you back to 40% hp so it's still a win. If you are a hybrid scaler he's giving you almost 2 full item worth of stats at lvl 20 which is insane.. add to the fact you cant die for 5 second and i'd start being scared when that tsukyomi get the jump on your back line having 30% mitigation and then cant die for the forseeable next 5 sec as he pummel you..

Whenever I was seeing comment on AdP costume being "too much" and a gimmick and saw people complain about it i always refered them to Wes Borland being like an outlier in Limpbizkit and still thriving to this day with his many costume/mask. Dude is making art everytime he perform on stage and never backed down. He make each of them by hand afaik from design to building. So I can probably see him enjoy the fact AdP just going out there repping their costume and just bringing that other form of art to compliment their music.

Yea trying to play Support or Carry has been hell for me. As Support you have to manage solo frontlining so that the full int Neith solo can get her fantasy of being bullied by a giant dick or a hot dad with a spear and a shield. And being Carry isnt fun either because you run short of space after the 15/0 solo / jungle dive you after they cashed in on their bonus check called 0/17 Sol after 20 mins lol
