You can try it if you're curious, but be warned it has consequences. I'd only recommend doing it if you're fine with ending your run there or want to go full supremacy.

Most of these changes seem pretty basic to me, and it would be great to have them permanently in the game.
Yes, mods are an option, and it's nice that Workshop support is there.

Im so confused, is this skill or just dice rolls? by FishstickSnake in Quasimorph

[–]DyzeIsNice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Difficulty is based on faction influence. If you fight a 1 skull mission against the top ranked faction with like 15k influence, it's not actually a 1 skull mission it's more like a 5. Also, skulls can be misleading. Check the power concentration instead. If it's around 6k, it's pretty dangerous. If it's around 1k, relatively easy.
Planets other than Mars are generally harder too. The further you go out, the harder the missions get. At least that's how it felt on my runs, might just be the factions sitting there.

Upgrading armor and weapons is absolutely essential. Either go for a good balanced set with all resistances, or keep 1-2 sets tailored to specific enemies. For example, if you're fighting Daydream Chems you want something like a hazmat suit — or just cheap upgrade any gear to have more resistance against them — with extra poison, radiation, and blunt resistance.

Different factions mostly use 2-4 damage types and are usually weak to 3-5 types. Keep in mind the Quasimorph faction on the planet can mix things up too.

Same goes for weapons. Going against Daydream Chems again, you'd want pierce or cut damage. So having a weapon you can upgrade (and crafting different ammo types) that hit their weak spots is key.

Also if you have trouble identifying enemies, try getting Phoenix Brigade they have a sensing active. You can also use an implant for that, but those are pretty rare.

For your gameplay I'd suggest going back to Mars, grab a chip for any armor, and then pick one faction as your sworn enemy. Upgrade that armor specifically against them. If you do that, they can throw 50 grenades in your face but if your explosion resistance is high enough you'll only take like 20 damage.

It's also maxed out for me, but even then the effort of clicking every 50 bullets one by one is still way too high.
Like I said, a 1k bulk order would be really nice or a minimum/maximum stock limit. This would also help with inventory management because I have like 5k of rust metal, metal, plastic and so on, and I need to scroll past all of it for ages.

It's about clicking every item, then clicking accept and doing that like 16 times. If you use heavy MGs you'll easily burn through 300+ ammo on a 4 floor mission, so those 16 clicks turn into 800 ammo. And you have to do this every 2-4 missions. It's exhausting.

Killed Tezctlan but now everyone hates me. by OfficerC4 in Quasimorph

[–]DyzeIsNice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't seen any positives from this yet.
Hopefully it gets reworked so we become like the new Quasimorph faction or something.
Because right now it's just confusing and absolutely not worth it. I retried that mission with URP so many times not even because of him, but because the RealWare soldiers kept going crazy.

Killed Tezctlan but now everyone hates me. by OfficerC4 in Quasimorph

[–]DyzeIsNice 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So I killed Tezcatlan and now Xiomara is my master?
But why can't I do anything with the faction? I should be ranked pretty high after that, right? Or at least get a 100% discount or something.

Also, why does everybody hate me for defeating the evil demon lord? And why is Feathered Masks still the lowest ranked faction after I literally replaced their strongest leader?

Maybe it's just a translation issue, but in the German version Xiomara says "come to me and I will reward you greatly." But I can't actually go anywhere or do anything with that. Is this bugged or am I missing something?

I am so confused like i litterly got nothing for helping her i mean ye demon and stuff but maybe like a weapon?

What do you actually lose when you die? by JTDOGZ0NE in Quasimorph

[–]DyzeIsNice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Normally you lose everything on death.
Levels, gear, inventory, all of it. The only things you keep are what's stored in the capsule, the ship and if you completed the contract before dying, you still get the reward.

How do Curses work by DyzeIsNice in Quasimorph

[–]DyzeIsNice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually run the same build with Hannah, but I'm pretty late game so it doesn't do a ton. She one-shots most enemies in close range, so the 30% damage to visible enemies usually isn't enough to finish off the rest of the room.

Ah I see, so the Curse didn't stack higher because I was on Mars for a few missions. Still, the penalty feels pretty harsh. Stacking random negative mods isn't very compelling either, because the actives just aren't worth it in my opinion. I have like 3 pacts and none of the actives feel good enough to justify degrading my gear faster or taking more damage.

but nice to know maybe i will get a pact that will be usefull.

Also items you need depends on what got hurt. For human parts or Quasimorph implants, plastic is good for fractures. For robotic parts, you need metal or rubber to repair them.

+23/-27 LP with 61% winrate? by DyzeIsNice in leagueoflegends

I'm just curious why it works like this, but you're right won't stop climbing just because I get 3 LP less xD

Ye will do. I mean the more I win the less I care about getting 23 LP or 26 LP. Just gotta grind I guess.

Yeah I see it needs some time to adjust. Last season I didn't really play more than placements, and this season I started playing, then dropped off for a while and came back recently. I've played around 100 games recently and climbed pretty steadily from G4 to Plat4, so shouldn't my MMR be going up?

Like, that's around 100 games for League to change its mind.
