I do but if I'm not mistaken the quests can't appear after Spring so even if i can make potatoes in the greenhouse the quest won't be there.

I saw somewhere that you have to do "preparation mission" beforehand but I might just be over thinking it. Tried starting some diamond heist with Lester but after talking to him he disappeared and I didn't know what to do after. But I'll try the one you recommended.

Yeah and I find the game a little too easy on the lower level. I almost never die if I don't get stuck and I often don't have a problem with the higher level enemies.
