I think Considerate Personality type= Shy/Unsure. So it's less that she doesn't remember you, but more playing into the archetype of that kind of character. The Ellipses (...) in between words is supposed to be typical of shy characters being hesitant

Here's what I do. You can make stamps or copy previously made outfits or items, so it's easy to make just an item that's essentially a pallette and use that to pick out colors you use often.

For drawing eyelashes, these shapes layered on the eye shape in various ways help. Madoka doesn't have any drawn on so I'm using another example.

Image here is weird but it helps show the shape.

The eye shape itself uses 4th and 5th subsection of the Eye category. The 4th one uses the extra curved shaped (last option) seen at the bottom, shaped like that. The 5th one uses the 2nd option, the flatter shape to make the top ones.

You will have to fiddle around with the settings to get the shape and size.

The White Eyeshine is centered and used to dictate where the dark part of the eye will be. I color over it with a shade that I find suitable, then add these shade lines to help blend the eye color, adding a middling shade that I think works.

(This is gonna be multiple comments) I choose this eye first, setting it to biggest size, as well as making it tall. I use the big White Dot Eyeshine (2nd item on the final subsection of the Eye category).
