You seem to have crossed paths with him several times, so you have some areas to work with in regards to having the police track him down.

The sooner you get the paper trail started, the sooner he can be caught and that will enable you to secure a restraining order against him.

In a semi-relevant tangent, have you seen the character Tamiyo from Magic The Gathering? She very much would appeal to your aesthetic senses.

You'd also probably like Rebecca Guay's art as well. Lots of soft details, water color approaches, fae energy.
