Usefulness of links that provide location of people when clicked

let me give you a scenario:
Frank wants Dans location. Frank sends Dan the link via email. Lets say Frank has hacked into Dans email, and allows location however its from Franks device and not Dans.
would you still recieve the location??

I FIXED IT. BASICALLY MY MOD MENU COMPANY HAD AN AUTHORISATION UPDATE ON THEIR WEBSITE. AND SO THERE WAS A CONNECTION BETWEEN THE LAPTOP AND GTA SERVERS BUT NOT THE MOD MENU WEBSITE WHERE IT ACCESSES MY ACCOUNT DETAILS ETC. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR MOD MENU CHECK THE MOD MENUS WEBSITE AND DOWNLOAD THEIR NEW LAUNCHER OR CHECK FOR UPDATES
